2. Educational and Consulting Nature of Services
Information, recommendations, and guidance provided through our website and services are for educational and consulting purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, our services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Clients remain responsible for their own financial and business decisions and should consult appropriately licensed professionals when necessary.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Individual and business results vary based on numerous factors outside the Company's control.

Business performance
Financing approval
Credit approval
Any specific financing amount
Any specific credit limit
Revenue or profitability
Approval by any financial institution
Any other specific business or financial outcome
Past results, examples, testimonials, educational illustrations, or client experiences do not guarantee future results.
Third-party institutions maintain their own independent eligibility, approval, and underwriting criteria.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Reviewing recommendations and educational information carefully
Completing agreed-upon actions
Attending scheduled sessions
Making their own informed business and financial decisions
Complying with applicable laws and contractual obligations
The Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information supplied by a client, failure to follow agreed procedures, changes in third-party requirements, or independent decisions made by third parties.
5. Fees and Payment
Pricing and payment terms are disclosed before purchase or established in the applicable service agreement.
Where a payment plan is offered, the client remains responsible for payments according to the agreed payment schedule and applicable service agreement.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment processors.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services involve professional time, expertise, preparation, personalized consulting, mentoring, education, and access to materials or resources, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable service has commenced or been delivered.
This includes circumstances where a client has:
Participated in a consultation or mentoring session;
Received personalized consulting, recommendations, strategies, or guidance;
Received educational materials, documentation, resources, or deliverables; or
Otherwise received a material portion of the purchased service.
Additional terms are contained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the client's signed service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Third-Party Services and Institutions
Our services may reference or interact with third-party companies, financial institutions, software platforms, payment processors, or other providers.

Approval criteria
Underwriting decisions
Products
Interest rates
Credit limits
Pricing
Policies
Availability
Processing times
Decisions or actions
8. Intellectual Property
